He beat me again...and that's not easy!

Ben beat me by just 2 points. My boy is getting very good at cribbage.

Hit Me With Your Best Shot

Ben used his birthday money to buy a punching bag.  Here's his first try at it...He didn't believe me that you should have someone stand behind it to buffer the swing.

First Tooth Lost

Best Friends

Ben's best friend Tuan slept over last night.  We stopped at a local pho shop for some dinner on the way home from picking him up.  Crispy spring rolls, pho and fresh limeade.  YUMMY!

I (Mostly) Love This Blog!

The Day Rebecca Went Against the Grain

Middle Eastern man surrounded by bags of rice: Would you like to buy some rice?
Young woman: No, thanks.
Middle Eastern man: But it's good rice. Good strong rice.
Young woman: Oh, I've got plenty of rice at home.
Middle Eastern man: But your rice no good. This rice much better.
Woman (offended, screaming): You don't know what kind of rice I eat!
(long pause)
Middle Eastern man, sheepishly: Only $20.
